About this apartment rental

Luxury resort in Gainey Ranch with Estate club -tennis courts- pickleball fitness center-heated pool- spa- golf course. Tesla model S available on approval/insurance etc.with 220 changer. 85 day min.rental. Has a HEPA FILTER and within walking distance of Scottsdale finest restaurants, and the 25 mile long Scottsdale Greenbelt bike path. Close Fashion Square, Old Town, The Barrett Jackson Car Auction, Arabian Horse Show, Phoenix Open Golf Tournament, Spring Training in the middle of everything to this charming condo in picturesque Scottsdale. 2 car garage with direct access, comb. lock to enter through the garage and smart camera on the front door. 24 Hour Guard Gate. Morning and afternoon sun, stailess steel appliances and a safe. Gainey amenities include the Estate Club with its Olympic pool (heated) gym & workout facility, court tennis pickleball, and media room. Rental includes access to the neighborhood pool and spa as well as access to the heated pool, tennis and pickleball courts, fitness center and special events at the Estate Club. The newly renovated Estate Club adorable property offers guests 2 bathrooms with essential amenities like WiFi, a hair dryer, and AC. With a cozy atmosphere and convenient features like a washing machine and iron, this enchanting condo is the perfect home away from home. This is our home. You will be our 1st guest and the last guest for the year. We rent once a year for several months at a time. There is a difference between disinfecting and cleaning, we do both look forward to hosting you at our place.
