About this house rental
The Cocoonr Agency offers you this charming house in Saint-Philibert, less than a kilometer from the beach, with Wi-Fi, a surface area of 200 m², and room for up to 10 guests.
It has a lovely living room, a fully equipped kitchen, five bedrooms, three bathrooms (with shower and bathtub), and a wooded garden for you to enjoy. Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4* hotel-quality linens are provided (sheets, towels, tea towels), and your bed will be made up for your arrival.
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
Ground floor:
- A living room of approximately 75 m² with TV
- A fully equipped kitchen with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, 5-burner stove, coffee machine...
- One master bedroom (180x200 bed) with dressing room and bathroom (shower and bathtub) + toilet
- One bedroom with double bed (140x190)
- One shower room
- One separate toilet
- One utility room with washing machine and dryer
Upstairs:
- 1 bedroom with double bed (140x190)
- 2 adjoining bedrooms with a double bed (140x190) and 2 single beds
- 1 bathroom + toilet
Outside:
- A beautiful wooded garden + terraces with furniture to enjoy sunny days
Use of the barbecue is prohibited.
Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park.
