Cocoonr agency offers this charming 92 m² house for rent in Graye-sur-Mer, 800 m from the beach, which can accommodate up to 6 people. It comprises a 39 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, good-sized bedrooms, two shower rooms and a 300 m² garden. Wifi (fibre optics) included. We're waiting for you!

- Open-plan kitchen with appliances including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: with queen-size bed (160×200)
- Shower room
- Separate WC
On the 1st floor
- Bedrooms 2 and 3: with queen-size bed (160×200)
- A shower room (with shower)
- Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.
Outside
- A lovely 300 m² private, unenclosed garden, with a south-facing terrace and furniture to make the most of the fine weather.
The house is ideally located in Graye-sur-Mer, in very pleasant surroundings. All the essential shops are close by, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park. Free parking is also available 100 m away.
