The house is ideally located in Graye-sur-Mer, in very pleasant surroundings. All the essential shops are close by, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park. Free parking is also available 100 m away.

- Caen SNCF train station 16 km away, as well as Nomad 101 bus stop, Eglise de Graye sur mer (200 m) or Courseulles sur mer "Château" stop (2 km)
- Caen-Carpiquet airport 14 km away
