In Berry, ideally located within the Brenne Regional Natural Park and bordering the Vienne department (near Saint-Savin Abbey, Chauvigny, and Futuroscope). Renovated house in a charming little village, near a river.
Raised ground floor: equipped kitchen - living/dining room - 2 separate bedrooms (double bed) - toilet - bathroom (bath and shower).
Bicycle storage.
Unfenced, shaded 4,000m² garden at the rear of the house with a small enclosed area (garden furniture, deck chairs, barbecue).
Linens provided, beds made upon arrival. For weekend stays, everything is included.
Optional extras:
End-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes and trash) €40
Oil heating €10/day and €50/week
Property managed by a professional. Unless stated, services such as cleaning, bed linen, towels etc. are not included in the price of this rental. If pets are allowed (information in the advertisement), charges may be applicable.
