- An open-plan, fully equipped kitchen: sink, 4-burner gas hob, extractor hood, dishwasher, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, Nespresso Krups coffee machine, juicer, toaster, kettle, and numerous accessories (cutting board, utensils, pans, pots, etc.);
- A separate toilet with a washbasin.
Upstairs:
- A first bedroom with a double bed (140x190 cm);
- A second bedroom with two single beds (90x190 cm);
- A large bathroom with a shower, washbasin, and toilet;
