It is a modern, stylish apartment of 2 floors, fully equipped with all the comforts, where everything is made with care and love to make your stay relaxing and enjoyable!
It is located in an idyllic location in the coastal zone, in a central spot, on the paved pedestrian street of the cathedral square.
The panoramic view of the picturesque port of Kalymnos and beyond is truly enchanting.
It combines all the amenities of the town, (museums, restaurants, traditional tavernas, supermarkets, transport, shops etc.).
It is only 8 minutes walk from the organized sandy beach "Kasonia" and around 14 minutes from the beautiful, picturesque beach "Gefyra".
It is located in the heart of the town, where one can easily explore the town by walking, visit the museums, stroll through the small picturesque alleys and shops, visit the sponge processing areas, buy various traditional products (sponges, thyme honey, etc.) and taste the traditional cuisine and fresh fish in the ouzo restaurants.
There are stairs to the apartment, as in most houses in the town. The bedrooms are located on the second floor with the toilet-bathroom and therefore not recommended for people with mobility difficulties and people of advanced age over 70-75 years old.
There is free public parking nearby, it is close to public transport and a 6-7 minute walk from the main port.
The apartment is suitable for year-round holidays and ideal for business trips.
