Seth was excellent at communicating before our stay, providing clear information about the pet cleaning fee, directions, and the key code, which made everything very straightforward.
On the day we arrived, I let the owners know we would be coming in a long wheelbase campervan as our car had unexpectedly gone into the garage. Seth went above and beyond to arrange alternative parking for us, as the bend in the road just before the property is sharp. In the end, we carefully navigated the bend and didn’t need to take him up on the offer, but his helpfulness didn’t go unnoticed.
The property is beautifully decorated with a clean, contemporary industrial barn feel. We loved the thoughtful touches of milk, chilled water, tea, coffee, and biscuits (and ones for the dogs). The bed was extremely comfortable, the shower was lovely and hot, and there was plenty of space for two people and two dogs. The direct access to a footpath was a great bonus.
Although the owners were away that weekend, Seth remained friendly, responsive, and available if needed. We felt very well looked after and would happily stay again.
Some people may not like to drive through the sharp bend before getting to the property. It can be done - we have a long wheel base campervan.

Seth met us on arrival and was extremely helpful. He explained how everything worked and included some local recommendations. We were sadly only there for a night and so our time in the space was limited but it was incredibly clean and had everything we could need - even a Turnock's Teacake! We went with our black Labrador - it was just perfect. We will definitely be returning.

Seth is a very concerned and meticulous host. We cannot say enough about the care he took in communication and making sure we had what we needed.
The property is newly developed, fresh in appearance and with good facilities (washing machine much appreciated).
The kitchen looks great and would do well for a longer stay than we had. Large bed and it is very comfortable. The site is extremely quiet. The lounge area is modern and comfortable too.
Access might be a little nerve-wracking for some! The road goes through a gap between two building just before the drive which is a little daunting...... but there is next to no traffic and so no rush to negotiate it!

Lovely quiet location, Very comfy bed and sofa. Hosts were very friendly and on the end of the phone if needed. Would highly recommend.
