Appartamento semi nuovo al primo piano, inserito in contesto signorile. È dotato di tutti i confort, da internet veloce alla TV di ultima generazione. Arredato con gusto , spazioso e silenzioso, nonostante si trovi in posizione centrale a due passi dalla stazione di Carpi. Il personale è estremamente gentile e disponibile, attento alle necessità dell'ospite. Mi sono sentita come a casa mia. Lo valuto tra i migliori da me visitati.

La disponibilità del proprietario alle varie richieste, anche non dovute; e il fatto che, malgrado il freddo di quei giorni, si riusciva a riscaldare bene l'appartamento.
Niente di particolare. Lo spazio a disposizione non era tantissimo, ma per una persona sola basta e avanza.
