Very safe place with secure code locked gates which put our family at ease right away. The hotel grounds we're absolutely fabulous. We stayed November 2025 and weather at this time was amazing we could sit out on the balcony and have a coffee with lovely views and beautiful plants all around.
Internet was only okay in some parts of the hotel.

Clean comfy peaceful place, good location in gumbet 5 min to the beach, restaurants and bars.
Lovely staff.
Kitchen with basics but they provided a few more things i requested and i was able to properly cook my meals.
Poor internet conection, wasnt working in some areas of the appartment, to do my remote work was awful, later on they let me use their office where internet was good.
Location is good for gumbet which is a small area with some bars and restaurants, for bodrum's lively area (marina and surroundings), in my opinion the best area, it takes around 40 min to walk to get there, there are public buses every now and then though, i used moovit app to track them.

Апартаменты небольшие, но находятся недалеко от пляжа, магазинов, пешком минут 5. Хозяева, милые и дружелюбные люди, постоянно на связи, если есть проблемы - сразу помогают. Вход во двор апартов по коду на воротах, очень удобно. Машину парковали на той же улице, места всегда были. Очень понравилось то, что была стиральная машина и даже стиральный порошок. Отличные кондиционеры в каждой комнате!
Может быть можно улучшить количество кухонной утвари, не было сковороды. Но так как готовили мы лишь один раз, нам это не помешало. Думаю, если бы мы написали хозяевам об этом - сковороду бы принесли)

Estaba anticuado, la cocina estaba un poco oxidada, tenía poca presión de agua en el chorro de la cocina. Hace faltas una buena reforma
