ロケーションは非常に便利だった。スタッフの対応も親切だった。長期滞在者用の部屋はキッチン・冷蔵庫・レンジ・食器・調理器具の準備もあり、ランドリーも月7回まで無料で使えて便利。
エレベーターが1つしかなく、最上階にバーがありそちらに向かう人も多かったので、待ち時間が長い。これは宿泊客の問題だが、隣の部屋から夜も大声・音楽・ぶつかる音などが聞こえてきてイライラしたときもあった。
