Good breakfast. Good location. Staff were friendly. Self-use laundry room is a great addition to the hotel amenities. Overall, i would stay here again. I have stayed in many hotels in Europe and would rate this as better than average.

I asked for my invoice and still have not yet received this. I keep being told, "it was sent to email, check your spam folder" but there is still nothing there. Yet i have received other emails from Social Hub. If i cannot receive an invoice i cannot stay at SH as this document needs to be sent to my company else i am liable for the cost. I was not informed at check-in that my booking, because it is long stay, had only weekly housekeeping. Long stay room is very bare with little cupboard space for storing clothes for extended trips.

Breakfast was amazing, always plenty of choice and fresh ingredients. Staff also replenishes everything that runs out during the time breakfast is running.

I liked basically everything, the only thing is that I stayed for two weeks and it would have been great to have my room cleaned a bit more often than only once per week. But even if this is not possible, it doesn't matter!
