We enjoyed our three-night stay in Unit 4 a lot. Very tastefully done and well equipped, including AC. Allowed us to relax in comfort or come and go when we wanted, with convenient free parking. Short walk to several destinations but mostly drove to other places (beach, groceries, distant restaurants, etc.). Checking in and out was easy with access code. Pets allowed for reasonable extra fee. Two and a half bedrooms, two baths, living room, great kitchen, sleeps seven. A great family alternative to hotels for about the same price. Other units also available in the same house for larger group get togethers.
All Unit 4 rooms are on second floor via stairs (as advertised).

Cozy home in a nice neighborhood, walking distance to many establishments.
It was further from the beach than I hoped for but still manageable. We missed having a laundry room, considering we visited the beach.
