Bed was firm but comfortable. Rooms tidy and clean. Nicely decorated.
You could hear people walking around in room above.

Very clean and comfy. Well stocked with everything we needed. Good location, and reasonably priced, compared to other properties we looked at.
The room was too warm when we entered. But we managed to turn down the radiators so not a major issue.
Also there was a fair bit of noise possibly from adjacent rooms/house, in the early hours.

Clean, decent for the price
It’s a communal block of flats. Was awoken at 8am Sunday morning to somebody screaming and shouting who had not gotten their key out the key safe prior to checking in, so was locked in the building. Later, same thing happened with cleaners/contractors who were doing work in the building, also didn’t have a key to get out so both times I had to let them out. Raised issue with the host who initially replied than radio silence which is not good enough as this could be a legitimate safety concern/disrupted what should have been a chilled stay
