The rustic 85 m² apartment with a west-facing balcony and beautiful views offers four rooms: two bedrooms, a living room, and a dining room. The fully equipped kitchen and the accessible bathroom (renovated in 2020) ensure a high level of comfort. The apartment is on the ground floor and accessible via two steps; a portable wheelchair ramp is available. Located in a quiet residential area on the edge of town, you can enjoy peace and relaxation.
Amenities include a spacious living room with TV, a cozy dining area with a corner bench, and two bedrooms with large beds (2 x 2 m and 2 x 1.8 m). Bed linen is provided. The accessible bathroom features a shower, towels, hairdryer, and washing machine. There is a separate WC. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, Senseo coffee machine, and kettle. A small storage room with cleaning supplies is also available. Parking is available directly in front of the house.
Engstingen is located on the Reutlingen Alb, right next to the "Swabian Alb" biosphere reserve with many attractions such as Lichtenstein Castle, Bear and Nebel Caves, Traumland amusement park, Lautertal valley, Marbach stud farm, Urach waterfall, and Wimsener Cave. Engstingen has good bus connections to Reutlingen. In town, you will find a bakery, butcher, several supermarkets, and local restaurants.
