The décor is modern and stylish, with an open-plan living/dining area. There is a smart sofa with a flat-screen TV as well as a dining table and chairs, next to the newly-fitted kitchen. The smart, L-shaped kitchen is well-equipped with a cooker hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and a Dolcegusto coffee machine.

A glass door leads from the seating area out onto the balcony, where guests can relax, enjoying the quiet surroundings.

Location
The apartment is on the northern edge of Premantura, just a 4-minute drive from the main beach. Visitors will find plenty to do from snorkeling to kayaking, kite surfing and hiking along the stunning coastline.

Premantura is just 15 minutes from the charming city of Pula, which is famous for its Roman sites such as the impressive amphitheatre (Pula Arena), the Temple of Augustus and the Forum, which is the city’s central square, full of cafés and excellent restaurants. Visitors can explore the narrow streets which are packed with history and cute boutiques.

For self-catering, there are several supermarkets in Premantura, as well as a small daily market where you can pick up the freshest local fruit and vegetables. For a larger market, visit Pula’s Farmers Market (15 minute drive). Here you will find regional ingredients including fish and meat. It is open every day except Sunday.

There are many lovely beaches nearby. Visitors should head to Cape Kamenjak Nature Park (20-minute drive) and enjoy the secluded bays and crystal clear waters.

Pula Airport is just a 20-minute drive.
