Preserving original tuff and brick walls, the apartment features a living room-kitchen, bathroom, and is fully equipped with linen, kitchenware, and its own reserved garden area with table, chairs, and deckchairs.

Guests can enjoy the swimming pool with hydromassage, a five-a-side football pitch, giant chess, playground, and ping pong. The property is fully fenced, ensuring a safe environment for children and pets, while the owners live on-site and provide a warm, welcoming presence.
