Bedroom Arrangement:
Bedroom No# 1: Two full beds with a spacious layout and a large balcony with seating.
Bedroom No#2: Queen bed and an accent chair with a beautiful coastal vibe.
Bedroom No#3: Master bedroom with a king-sized bed, en-suite bathroom, 65" Sony TV, and a balcony with a seating area.
A hallway bathroom is located between Bedroom 2 and Bedroom 3.
Backyard: Just off the kitchen, step into the backyard with a patio, seating area, and string lights for a relaxed hangout.
Parking: Enjoy hassle-free parking with one reserved, enclosed garage space. It’s perfect for standard-sized vehicles, similar to a Highlander, Pilot, or Explorer. Street parking is also available.
PETS
Pet fee: $35 per pet, per night. Flat rate available depending on the number of nights and pets.
Laundry: A Samsung washer and dryer are located inside the garage.

Great location and quiet neighborhood. Plenty of space and very clean. Kitchen had everything we needed and host was very responsive.

Overall a good property, very clean.Only hang up was that the property is actually behind another house, limiting green space/parking/etc and the address also was very confusing in the VRBO system.But owner communicated very clearly and it was as advertised other than that.

It was clean and had more than enough space for 6 people. Only a 15 minute walk to the beach and the beds were pretty comfy! Would stay again.

It was a clean property. I was disappointed on the parking situation. It says there is parking. There really isnt. Its a very small 1 car garage in the back thats very hard to get out of, one of our guests ruined their car. In addition the house is green they don't tell you that until you are there so there was like no towels or extra blankets really. Besides that great location & great walkability. Just parking wasn't the easiest!
