The gîte comprises: On the ground floor: - A living room with a beautiful open fireplace (wood available at an extra cost), a flat-screen TV, and direct access to the terrace. - A separate, fully equipped kitchen with a hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and cooking utensils. - A large, bright dining room. - A bathroom with a shower and bathtub. - Separate WC. Upstairs: - A bedroom with two 160x200 cm beds, adjoining a bedroom with a 160x200 cm bed and a cot. En-suite shower room with shower and WC. - A large bedroom with four 90x200 cm beds. - A bedroom with a 180x200 cm bed. - A separate shower room with shower and WC. - Wellness area: - An indoor spa accessible year-round (optional). €50 for 2 nights, then €10 per additional night up to a maximum of €100 (payable to the owners). Outside: - A terrace accessible from the living room. - A large courtyard equipped with garden furniture, a large table, a parasol, and a barbecue. - Parking available in the courtyard for one vehicle.
