This tastefully decorated village house in Gourgeon is ideally located for exploring the Saône Valley and its many tourist attractions.
On the ground floor (accessed from the outside via a few steps):
– A beautiful, bright living room with a lounge and dining area.
– A spacious and modern fully equipped kitchen: induction cooktop with range hood, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator-freezer, traditional coffee maker, pod coffee maker, kettle, and toaster.
- A living room with a central wood-burning stove, flat-screen TV, board games, books, and two sofa beds that can accommodate two additional people (upon request).
- A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 x 200 cm).
- A family bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 x 200 cm) and two pull-out beds (80 x 200 cm).
- A bathroom with a shower, double vanity, and hairdryer.
- A separate toilet with a sink and washing machine.
- A storage room with cleaning equipment and space to store bicycles.
Outside:
- A private terrace at the rear of the house.
- A large garden.
- A children's playground with a swing and slide.
