Nature lovers, discover the Plateau des 1000 Etangs and its many hiking, mountain biking, and fishing trails. For children: St-Valbert Animal Park, La Praille Recreation Area in Melisey: playground and outdoor pool. Also worth a visit: Cherry Country Ecomuseum, Luxeuil-les-Bains Thermal Baths, Casino. The Vosges Mountains and ski slopes are about 45 minutes to 1 hour away.
The wonderful setting at the "Chez Didion" cottage, in the hamlet of Fouillies de la Goutte in Saint-Bresson, overlooks the Vosges Saônoises mountains. It offers a magnificent view, where the beautiful Vosgiennes mountain ranges graze peacefully. You'll want to escape on the many hiking trails or simply admire nature in peace. This spacious, detached former farmhouse has been renovated with respect for its traditional architecture: you'll rediscover the charm of the cut stone, cornices, and beams typical of the farms of the Vosges-Saônoises. On the ground floor: entrance with an Alsatian wood-burning stove, fitted kitchen with dining area, a beautiful living/dining room with a mezzanine, a bathroom (walk-in shower), toilet, 1 bedroom (1 double bed), and a garage for bicycles or motorcycles with a washing machine. Upstairs: 1 bedroom (1 double bed), 1 bedroom (1 double bed, with private toilet and sink). Large, unfenced outdoor lawn. In the former charri, enjoy the view from the beautiful covered terrace.
In winter, depending on weather conditions, bring snow gear for the car.
Charges and supplements: Underfloor heating and thermostatic radiator (oil) at an additional cost (€80/week) and wood (stove). End-of-stay cleaning: €50. Towels: €15/person. - Sheets: €15 per pair.
