Ideally located 10 minutes from Vesoul and 15 minutes from Villersexel, in a quiet hamlet, very beautiful semi-detached house, bright and spacious, tastefully restored. Ground floor: kitchen, living room/lounge with access to the terrace, shower room, WC. First floor: 1 bedroom (1 double bed 140x190 and 1 baby bed), 1 bedroom (1 double bed 140x190, 1 single bed), 1 bedroom (1 double bed 140x190), 1 bedroom (2 double beds), bathroom, WC. Large terrace with summer kitchen shelter not overlooked, countryside view, unfenced land. Underfloor heating (oil boiler) and wood insert. Charges included.
