With generous living space spread over two levels and a tower, this villa comfortably accommodates up to 8 people. It features:
4 bedrooms, including a studio (with a fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher and a shower room), 3 shower rooms, 1 bathroom, a large living room with a bioclimatic pergola offering stunning sea views, a TV lounge in the tower, an office on the upper floor of the tower, and a large, modern, fully equipped kitchen. As well as numerous living spaces designed for comfort and relaxation.
To the south of the villa, a large 200 m² teak terrace with a 12 x 4 meter swimming pool, lined with sun loungers and a relaxation area, allows you to enjoy the Var sunshine in complete tranquility with a breathtaking view of the sea. An outdoor shower completes the swimming area.
In the garden, another lounge area set on a wooden deck under the trees below, with a table and chairs, offers another romantic living space.
In addition, a furnished pergola provides a secluded spot for relaxation.
Finally, at the entrance to the villa, a private terrace with a lawn offers a superb view of the sea.
