This is a charming apartment for 6 in the heart of the Mont Blanc Valley. It is an ideal base for friends or family looking for an action-packed holiday at any time of year! This stylish apartment offers a lovely balcony with a dining table where guests can enjoy panoramic mountain views. The perfect spot at any time of year.
The apartment is on the 2nd-floor (with lift) of a modern residence which has been built in the traditional chalet style, with wooden balconies and shutters. The open-plan, living area, is full of light thanks to the large glass doors which open onto the balcony. Wood-panelled walls give the room a cosy, alpine feel. The seating area is furnished with a sofa, coffee table, armchairs and a flat-screen TV. At the other end of the room, guests will find the kitchen/diner. The wooden table seats 6 and is adjacent to the attractive, wooden, fitted kitchen. The kitchen is well-equipped with a cooker and induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and a Nespresso coffee machine.
In addition to the dining area, the large balcony also has sun loungers where guests can relax in the fresh mountain air. The residence also has an open shared garden.

Bedroom 1: The master bedroom has light wood touches with a double bed and a wardrobe.
Bedroom 2: This cosy wood-lined bedroom has 2 single beds (joinable), a wardrobe and a glass door leading out to the balcony.

The apartment is in the village of Montroc, close to the popular resort of Argentière, near the ski slopes and shuttle buses. For beginners, the slopes at La Vormaine are just a 3-minute drive. For more experienced skiers, the Tour Col de Balme slopes are also close by. Some of the higher slopes around Argentière offer skiing later in the season, sometimes right up to early May.
During the summer the valley is packed with activities from hiking and mountain biking to mountaineering, horse riding, white-water rafting, paragliding, tennis and golf.
Argentière (4 minutes drive) has many of the amenities that visitors need, including restaurants and a supermarket. The weekly market, where you can find the very best local ingredients, takes place every Sunday morning.
All the facilities of the Mont Blanc Valley are on your doorstep. There are free train services on the Mont Blanc Express from Montroc le Planet station (6-minute walk), so visitors can explore the whole Mont Blanc valley.
Geneva airport is a 1 hour 30 minute drive from the house.
