This is a rare find and cheapest place in Nottingham, considering it's like a little flat! Used to be a granny flat space of the house. This is a very spacious room that has its own bedroom, open plan living room, and kitchenette, own shower & toilet. A big fridge/freezer is provided inside the room. A 32-inch flat TV with Netflix.
