Beautiful 170 m2 villa with sea and pool views, magnificent garden, pool house with outdoor kitchen ideal for a large family or friends. Composed of 2 levels, it offers privacy to everyone with its 3 bedrooms and bathroom on the 1st level as well as on the garden level. Games of pétanque will bring everyone together. It is located in a residential area, 1.5 km from local shops and the beaches of the town centre and 4 km from the Bay of Cavalaire.A real haven of peace, with a garden full of flowers and a swimming pool where you can cool off before preparing lunches and dinners with family and friends in the outdoor kitchen.
Your holiday inside the villa continues with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area and a lounge area with a small sea view surrounded by majestic umbrella pines.
The sleeping area comprises 3 bedrooms: a small one with 2 single 90 cm beds, ideal for children, and a bedroom with a 160 cm bed and storage space, with access to a very large bathroom with corner bath, large shower, toilet and 2 washbasins. This same bathroom communicates with another third bedroom with 1 x 140 cm bed and storage space.
On the other side of the corridor is another shower room.
From the outside, you can access the ground floor (with no internal staircase linking the 2 floors), which comprises a separate toilet, a bedroom with a 160 cm bed and a shower room and toilet that leads directly to another bedroom with one 140 cm bed, forming a completely separate master suite with plenty of storage space.
Like the last bedroom, which has a 160 cm bed with dressing area and storage space, it also has a spacious shower room with 2 basins.
These rooms open onto a terrace equipped with outdoor furniture, including a magnificent lemon tree and numerous shrubs and plants.
The pool is accessed through the oleanders, where you can relax on the sun loungers in the shade of the umbrella pines.
The pool is secured by removable barriers and fitted with a pool alarm to NF P90-307 standards.
