Located on the 2nd floor without an elevator, it's perfect for a stay in the mountains.

It includes:
- one bedroom with a 140 cm double bed
- another bedroom with a 180 cm double bed
- a mezzanine with a 140 cm double bed that can be fully closed off with a curtain
- two functional bathrooms, one of which has a whirlpool bathtub
- a fully equipped open-plan kitchen
- a spacious living room with dining area and functional fireplace
You will particularly enjoy its peaceful setting and the view of the Aiguilles de Chamonix.
During your stay, you will have access to: TV, Washing machine, Iron, Hair dryer, Fireplace with insert, Barbecue, Dishwasher, Microwave, Oven, Raclette machine, Fondue set, Crêpe maker, Coffee machine, etc.
Bed linens and towels are included in the cleaning fee.
Please note that pets are accepted by prior arrangement. Parking is private (there is one free space outside in the residence).
The accommodation is located :
- at the foot of the ski bus that serves the entire valley and ski areas (at the entrance to the Route des Granges);
- at the start of a hiking trail (halfway along the Route des Granges);
- close to a “Super U” supermarket (direct access through the private gate at the end of the residence).
Professional housekeeping is carried out before and after each guest.

Les Houches is a typical mountain village. The capital of mountaineering, its territory is much more than just a resort: 10 ski areas make up the valley, and numerous activities are on offer winter and summer alike (snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, dog sledding, a magnificent spa facing Mont-Blanc, hiking to high-altitude lakes, mountain biking...). The Aiguille du Midi, starting point of the mythical Vallée Blanche, invites you to enjoy a unique experience at 3800m altitude, and the Chemin de Fer du Montenvers, which leads to the Mer de Glace and other popular tourist attractions. The Mer de Glace is a 7.5 km-long valley of glaciers. Spectacular scenery all year round.
