Beautiful home and great location. As an fyi: The sink in the downstairs bathroom doesn’t work. There were also no bed linens for the couch downstairs

The host had great communication, the house were as beautiful as the pics.. very accommodating with places to go near the house. My family and i enjoyed our stay for my birthday nice quite area. Very homily atmosphere i would definitely book again and recommend!

I always want to see a black owned business thrive first off. The host needs a little guidance with customer service. We got there the snow was not shoveled or even prepped for the storm no salt down or anything. Check in was 4pm which I didn’t arrive until almost 6pm. There was more than enough time for that to be done, but it wasn’t. I had to message her and ask were they going to shovel. She sent a maintenance guy over, at the door he voiced that he needed to get in the basement to get the shovel, during this time she called me I told her I did not feel comfortable with letting a man in the home. We looked all over the basement did not see a shovel. Minutes later we hear him outside shoveling the snow. She questioned me on why I didn’t feel comfortable several times on our phone conversation. Which made us feel more uncomfortable. Then proceeded to say “well since your not going to let the maintenance man in make sure there are no extra guest on the property” like ma’am this is your second time telling me this I’m not a child. Jet tub didn’t work, the basement floor was flooding, the ice on the refrigerator did not work, sheets had stains, good thing we were prepared and had our own blankets and pillows. Do better Shanika ☺️
