The 4-star holiday home Villa Thea in the Rhön Mountains **** is the perfect retreat for nature lovers and those seeking peace and quiet. The spacious property (1000m²), completely renovated in 2023, offers plenty of space and comfort on 170m², ideal for up to 8 and a maximum of 13 people.
What makes Villa Thea special is its location! Extremely quiet and idyllic, set in a large, sunny terraced garden full of flowers and fruit, with a magnificent view of the Rhön Mountains. Not to be forgotten: the fabulous starry nights!
The spacious house offers 4.5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living-dining room, a kitchen, and a spacious hallway on the ground and upper floors.
Amenities include: underfloor heating, a wood-burning stove, a piano, smart TVs, a gas grill, a pool, a large sunbathing lawn, and a trampoline.
