Private parking for 5 cars. No smoking. Please note: This property has a natural water supply via borehole. There is a small stream running beside the property.. Set on a working farm and livery yard in the peaceful village of Cwmdu near Crickhowell, Wern Farm Barn is a spacious and welcoming holiday retreat perfect for families or friends.

The lounge is cosy with a wood-burning stove and Smart TV, while a games room offers extra space with two single sofa beds, an Xbox, table tennis, and football table. Inside, the open-plan kitchen and dining area is well-equipped with a range cooker, gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, and coffee pod machine. Patio doors lead out to a fully enclosed garden with lawn and decked area, ideal for outdoor dining and soaking in the countryside air. A ground-floor toilet adds extra convenience. Upstairs, you’ll find a king-size room with Jack and Jill bathroom (with bath and shower over), two double bedrooms, a bunk room, and a second bathroom with shower cubicle.

Nestled within the Brecon Beacons National Park, Wern Farm Barn is surrounded by breathtaking landscapes and a wealth of activities to suit every pace. From the barn, you can step straight into tranquil walking routes across Cwmdu Valley, with footpaths leading through rolling hills, hidden lanes, and ancient woodlands. For more dramatic hikes, Table Mountain offers panoramic views, while the nearby peaks of Pen y Fan and Sugar Loaf challenge more seasoned walkers. Just a short drive away, the charming town of Crickhowell is packed with character, explore its independent shops, cosy cafés, historic bridge, and riverside walks. The Monmouthshire & Brecon Canal provides a scenic route for walking or cycling, or you can hire a narrowboat for a peaceful day on the water.
