The living area features 1 sofabed measuring 140 cm in width and 200 cm in length, with direct access to the balcony. The first bedroom is a double room and also benefits from its own exit to the balcony. The second bedroom is equipped with 1 single bed measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, as well as 1 additional sofabed measuring 120 cm in width and 200 cm in length, providing flexible sleeping arrangements for additional guests. The kitchen and living room are combined into a single convivial space and also open onto the balcony, creating a seamless connection between the interior and the outdoor area.
