The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming 130 m² house for rent in La Rivière-Saint-Sauveur, which can accommodate up to 8 travelers. It features a lovely 30 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully-equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower) and a 1,000 m² garden. Wifi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

- 30 m² living room with TV, sofa and fireplace
- Fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bedroom 1: Double bed (140x190)
Second floor:
- Bedroom 2: Double bed (140x190) with balcony access
- Bedroom 3: Double bed (140x190)
- Bedroom 4: Double bed (140x190)
- A workspace, suitable for telecommuting
- Bathroom with shower and WC
- Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, cot, ironing board and iron.
Exterior:
- A beautiful south-facing garden of 1,000 m²
- A south-facing terrace, with furniture for enjoying fine weather.
- A south-east-facing balcony of approx. 2 m².
- Jacuzzi for up to 4 people
