Für die Toplage, Restaurants und Geschäfte direkt vor der Haustüre, ist es sehr ruhig. Die Besitzer waren fast immer vor Ort und sehr liebenswürdig und äußerst Hilfsbereit. Das Haus ist sehr sicher.
Badezimmer in das Zimmer nachträglich integriert. Nur offene Kleiderablage. Insgesamt zu wenig Ablagefläche und Stauraum. Zimmer lässt sich nicht völlig verdunkeln. Besitzer sind noch dabei dies zu verbessern.

Location, cleanliness, comfort room design.
There is no curtain for showers in the bathroom. It needs to be improved. Otherwise, the bathroom always stays wet.
