The practicality of the area and parking
The central heating was a bit difficult to get right.

Le logement était très satisfaisant : confortable et bien situé. Sa localisation, juste derrière la gare, permet des déplacements rapides et un accès facile au centre de Bedford.
Le logement manquait de propreté, notamment au niveau de la moquette (point déjà évoqué avec la propriétaire, qui prévoit des améliorations). Bien que la proximité avec la gare soit un avantage, la localisation n’était pas idéale en raison du bruit. Être situé juste derrière la gare rendait l’environnement très bruyant la nuit, avec des passages de trains récurrents tout au long de la nuit.
De plus, l’isolation des fenêtres n’était pas satisfaisante. Heureusement, le chauffage fonctionnait très bien, ce qui permettait de maintenir une température agréable à l’intérieur malgré le froid qui entrait par les fenêtres.
