Everything went perfect with check-in. The instructions were clear, the apartment itself had all necessary. Cleaned sheets, toilet and bathroom. Owner was super friendly.

The location was great! Sandra (as the managing and cleaning person) was available and ready to help. She did her best to make our stay as comfortable as possible.
The facilities in the apartment were very minimal and sometimes insufficient for a 8days stay (e.g. only 3 towels which must be used for 8 days of a beach holidays without any washing facility in house and no backup). Bedsheets were clean but low quality and heavily used. The bed was also with low quality mattress and pretty small for two adults. The sofa bed was even worse, very old and cheap mattress which was not comfortable for overnight sleep even for a (not heavy) child. If Sandra would not provide us with a second mattress on it, our daughter could not sleep on it more than 2 nights in a row. The other facilities were also as limited as possible ( only 3 glasses, 3 mugs, 4 sets of cutlery, etc etc.)
I expected much more from the studio itself and the facilities and equipments inside with such (pretty high) price.
