Clean, lots of room for small family gatherings. Great communication with host. Overall just a pleasant place to hang out with family for a few days while going to Silver Dollar City
My only complaint is I have a travel van, and the driveway is steep with not a lot of room to maneuver at the top. Roads are narrow getting in which makes it difficult for anything with much size to get in and out easily. Not a big deal but something to note.
