H - Suites

The H-Suites is located in the immediate centre of Porec, just 200m from the Eupfrasia basilica and along the Decumanova street. You park the car at a gated parking about 1,2km away. When arriving and leaving they provide a shuttle, other times by availability, but we walked every time, which in the heat is sometimes not so pleasant. As the apartment was looking out on Decumanova, it was quite loud at some times, but the windows are very good and keep out the sound. The apartment is fully equipped, the bathroom is big enough with a nice shower. Our door opened a bit tough, you really had to push hard which at the beginning was a bit confusing as we thought the key did not work. The breakfast is out of house in a hotel, about 200m walk. That works very well and the breakfast is really great and many things to choose from.

It was not clear from the beginning that the shuttle to the car park is actually only offered for arrival and departure. As we stayed 6 days we made a lot of excursions and always walked to the parking and back, even in the middle of the night, Secondly the coffee capsules provided were too few, we only once got a new set, which was enough for one coffee. There could be more.

Alles, wunderbares Zimmer, freundliches Personal, traumhaftes Frühstück in der Nähe und eine ruhige, zentrale Lage.

Alles super - Der Tag war für die Eigentümer aus familiären Gründen extrem stressig, wir lernten sie leider nicht kennen. Trotzdem haben sie sich sehr angestrengt, Shuttle, Ablauf, unsere Betreuung möglichst gut zu organisieren. Danke!

Well organized check-in with transfer from the parking. The accomodation was amazing, really just few steps from everything what you have to see from Porec.

Das Frühstück im benachbarten Hotel wäre sicherlich gut und akzeptabel, doch war das Hotel damals komplett überbucht und das Frühstückbuffet war überlastet. Kaffee wurde nach knapp 30 Min. gebracht, für ein Omelett musste man genausolange anstehen.

Die Bilder des Familienzimmers sind nicht aktuell, weder auf Booking dot com noch auf der Homepage des Hotels. Das gezeigte Badezimmer entspricht nicht der Realität. Aufgrund der Dachschräge kann man im Bett nicht Sitzen - die andere Sitzgelegenheit die in der Beschreibung genannt wird war nicht vorhanden. Die angepriesenen Pflegeprodukte waren eine leere vom Vorgängerkunden vergessene fast leere Duschseife. Obwohl angepriesen, gab es keinen Tee im Zimmer. Das Management hat sich entschuldigt und gemeint, das Zimmermädchen hätte wohl vergessen alle aufzufüllen und pries an, die Hälfte des Preises zurück zu zahlen für eine gute Bewertung. Dies ist leider nicht geschehen.
