L'appartement est propre, fonctionnel, bien équipé et très bien situé dans le centre commerçant, non loin de la plage et de la gare.

Logement correspondant aux photos. Les chambres sont spacieuses, lumineuses et bien équipées. La literie est très bien. Le balcon de la cuisine pour prendre son café est très agréable avec vue sur le jardin des voisins. L'immeuble est idéalement situé dans Levanto, en plein centre et près de la gare. Le propriétaire a bien expliqué comment accéder à l'appartement et a répondu très vite à nos interrogations. Très bonne communication.
Salle de vie un peu sombre car pas de fenêtres directes dans cette pièce. Le robinet de la cuisine fuit. Il est dommage de ne pas disposer de torchons pour la cuisine et de ne pas avoir de porte serviettes dans la salle de bain. On peut effectivement les faire sécher sur le balcon mais ce serait mieux d'avoir des patères pour les serviettes dans la salle de bains.

La posizione è ottima: centrale, vicina sia al mare che alla stazione ma anche a via Garibaldi (la via “principale” di Levanto), ciò facilita gli spostamenti e le attività durante il soggiorno.
Anche senza aria condizionata, l'appartamento rimane fresco e ben ventilato, garantendo un clima piacevole durante il giorno e la notte.
Le due camere da letto offrono un buon livello di comfort
L'aspetto più deludente è la pulizia dell'immobile, che si è rivelata di livello inimmaginabile. Questo aspetto ha compromesso gravemente l'esperienza complessiva del soggiorno. Inaccettabile.
Per sicurezza ho passato il biokill in tutta la casa. Uno sporco di questa entità non mi è mai successo in affitto di questo tipo e non sono una ossessionata dalla pulizia anzi…!!
