The host was very friendly and helpful. The house is beautiful and surrounded by a garden. The apartment is spacious, stylish and modern including the kitchen. The bathroom was also nice but on the first floor which we felt did not give us a lot of privacy. The beds were very comfortable. The apartment was very clean throughout. There are also some very nice views of Sulmona nearby given that the property sits on a hill. It was very nice and relaxing staying in a nice and quite place in the nature.
We would definitely be back in the future at the discounted rate of 90 euros per night but also thought that the original rate of 140 euros per night would have not been worth the value especially considering the walking distance to Sulmona's historic center.
The workspace is nice but the internet connection is too slow especially upstairs (the modem is downstairs and there is no wifi repeater upstairs. I also tested the internet connection's speed and confirmed that it is quite slow, which also means that the smart TV doesn't work as well as it should.
The bathroom was very nice but the bathroom facilities were quite limited in terms of essentials. We would have definitely expected more than what we found to give a full score.
There is no air-conditioning in the apartment which means that it will definitely be hot in the hottest month. In the month of May (not the hottest month) the fans were enough for the living room and the workspace but we felt quite hot at night in the bedroom.
Finally, it would take almost an hour to walk to Sulmona's historic center on foot. It takes less than 10 minutes by car to get there but parking in Sulmona can be quite hard and stressful also depending on the day.

Appartamento super accogliente e caldo, nuovissimo, con tutto l’occorrente. Vista sulle magnifiche montagne innevate! Vicinissimo al centro di Sulmona. Torneremo sicuramente!!!
Piccolissimo consiglio: mettere la tv anche in camera.
