La ubicación es excepcional, pero la limpieza, decoración y amenities superaron todo. Realmente hermoso lugar, cómodo, seguro y con todos los detalles que puedan imaginar! Además Roberta estuvo siempre atenta y amable ante nuestras dudas. Gracias !!!

Thank you to Roberta who took such amazing care of us with her professionalism, dedication, attention to detail, warmth & communication. Traveling all the way from Düsseldorf Germany it was lovely booking our stay in a place that took care & checked in before we even arrived. The room was absolutely stunning, clean, spacious with a touch of elegance & class. It was right in the center of everything although the room itself was very quite once inside & a 2min walk to the sea view point. The room smelt great & we stayed cool thanks to the air conditioning that never made a sound! This was a 10/10 stay & we know now where to book whenever we’re back in Sorrento !

La habitación está renovada recientemente, todo muy limpio, cómodo y moderno. Te permiten dejar las maletas en un hotel cercano (partner). El personal muy atento, amable y servicial.
Si bien la ubicación es excelente, nuestra habitación tenía un buen ventanal, pero que da hacia el patio de un restaurante donde había público, por lo que no pudimos abrir completamente las persianas y a veces había harto ruido, pero nada terrible si estás de vacaciones :)

The room was spotless. The bed was comfortable. The location was central to restaurants and shopping.
Room 102 window overlooks an inner courtyard that is the outside dining area for the very popular restaurant Donna Sofia. It is busy and noisy until 11:30-midnight every night. Not possible to sleep even with window and wooden shutters closed. A shame because the bed is very comfortable. Also, this is the first room I’ve ever rented that didn’t have a coffee machine available in room. Nor did it have a corkscrew ( but we requested wine glasses and a corkscrew and they provided them right away). For these reasons I’ve lowered the ratings I’ve attributed to this property and the value for money given the late night noise originating from the restaurant that the only window in the room overlooks.
