The villa is old and interesting, our kid loved looking around for weird things and passages, old mechanisms. There was enough in kitchen to use it for breakfast and heating up, and we had everything needed and expected from the housing itself.
Parking is done poorly as it is a single lot for one car and others stack up behind it, there is a public parking in front which might have some space but during out stay it was full.
The main entrance keys have to be shared between guests as they always remain in the lock box. While other guests seemed nice, this was just a pain to constantly have to do, especially when moving things from car and back.
Generally it seemed like a nice old building but it needs to be slightly better maintained, there are old items in wardrobe that is locked away, a possibly broken window mechanism.

A szállás szép, nyugodt helyen van, kicsit messze a belvárostól, de nem vészes. A konyha jól felszerelt, alap dolgokat simán el lehet készíteni.
A második emeletet kaptuk szállásként. A Bookingon lévő képek sajnos nem a mi apartmanunkban készültek. Valószínűleg a másik apartman van ilyen szépen felújítva. Az internet elérés gyenge, lassú....

Die Lage ist sehr praktisch – die Busstation befindet sich direkt vor dem Haus. Das Apartment war sauber. Die Kochnische ist funktional eingerichtet, und ein Haarfön ist vorhanden.
Besonders positiv: Die Kontaktperson reagiert schnell und zuverlässig auf Fragen.
Die Wohnung entspricht den Fotos, ist aber deutlich abgenutzt. Im Winter sehr kalt – die Klimaanlage reicht nicht zum Heizen. Warmwasser dauert lange. Zugang mit großem Gepäck schwierig (3 Etagen, enger Stiegenaufgang). Bett quietscht stark, was den Schlaf stört. Im WC unangenehmer Geruch aus dem Abfluss.
