Pas trop loin du centre bigben
Ne vaux pas son prix, meubles de cuisines très très abîmé, salle de bain hors d’âge, un bon rafraîchissement ferait du bien, ustensiles de cuisines hors d’âge. Manque des couverts .

- relatively quiet
- 1 bed was very comfy, the other one far less
2 negative parameters that impacted our stay:
- while traveling, we use apartments with kitchen facilities because our kids have food allergy and we must cook meals ourselves. Here the kitchen was great, very well furnished (plates, cups, glasses & co.) BUT the the pots, pans, and kettles were NOT usable = very, very dirty and very damaged (see photos). The entire kitchen set absolutely needs to be replaced as it's unusable - this was a major problem for us.
- the heating system: yes, it has a thermostat, brand new, modern, easy to use & co. BUT the default temperature is set at 15 and we can't modify it...You can set a temperature up to 23 and it heats the apartment - normal - but as soon as the apartment is quiet with no one moving around (movement detector), the machine switches the heating to that default temperature - so during the night and when you're out visiting, the apartment gets down to 15, and takes minimum 2 hours to heat up when you're back. We were visiting London in December, which was painful as we were often quite cold in the apartment....
- other negative points: early check-out (10); late message announcing a 10£ fee if late at check-in (when arriving by plane, it may be stressful to respect exactly the timing); water dropping constantly in the bathroom

Ottima posizione in zona 1. Appartamento spazioso per 5 e ben attrezzato
Qualche problema con il ritiro chiavi perché era un giorno di manifestazioni. Ho faticato a mettermi in contatto con la struttura. Suggerirei il key code.
