Chris and Isobel have restored a piece of Waterford’s history, on the old disused Dungarvan railway line it’s an old goods railway store converted into a luxury Air B&B and it still has the rustic charm and patina showing the visitors it’s age, a great heating system and upstairs so cosy and bright , tv with all the channels, everything you need a modern kitchen, shower and facilities like dishwasher air fryer and washing machine and Chris has been able to set up a legacy and income for his beautiful daughter Isobel for future generations !

We came for a days hiking in the Comeragh mountains and will definitely be back for a longer stay. The loft is a rare gem of a place. Warm and comfortable in beautiful, rustic surroundings. The kitchen is very well equipped and extra bonus point for the shower, just the ticket after a day's hiking! The bed was super comfy too, hard to get out of! Weather didn't permit for watching the sunset from the deck on this occasion, but we'll certainly be back. 😊

It’s absolutely beautiful. Warm, comfortable and one of the most unique properties I’ve had the pleasure to visit. There is lots of space and it’s decorated in a fashion that combines your traditional expectations with drop of modernism that never feels out of place.
The space outside for our dogs to roam was vast and they enjoyed every bit of it. Excellent location as a base to see the many wonderful historical sites in the area.
