L’emplacement, le calme de la rue, la disposition de l’appartement. Communication aisée également, c’est un plus !

L’appartement est fonctionnel même si assez petit, il suffit amplement pour des petits séjours. La communication avec l’hôte était top !
l’appartement est assez excentré des zones touristiques, même s’il y a une bouche de métro à 2min à pied, il faut prendre en compte que les trajets sont assez longs (30/40min voir +). Les oreillers ne sont pas très confortables et la lunette des WC est cassée. Appartement en RDC donc beaucoup de bruit la nuit.

La ubicación es muy buena, la ruta de buses y trenes perfecta, tiene cerca el estadio del PSG eso es súper ganador, la anfitriona fue muy amable, y el apartamento aunque le faltan detalles es muy completo.
Algunas cositas las tiene descuidadas, más disponibilidad de cobijas, y que el anfitrión esté más pendiente a la hora de llegada para estar en contacto.

the apartment looks very nice, especially the kitchen, which is well furnished and well equipped. the bathroom is tiny but functional, and the location allows you in the city centre in about 20 min with public transport. The owner is very nice, arrived on time to hand out the keys and was flexible and accommodating when in came to check-in and check-out times
the sofa/bed is not very comfortable, and there are only two very tiny pillows in the apartment. I would suggest adding few for comfort, I would’ve made the overall sleeping experience a bit better. I don’t know if it was a fluke, but the apartment wasn’t the cleanest— there was dust collecting in corners ans under the sofa. and the bathroom hadn’t received a deep cleaning before out arrival. there were beard trimmings near the sink, the shower tiles were a moldy in the corners.
there was unfinished food from the previous host in the fridge.
It’s a real pity, since the apartment is very nice and new and the owner is very nice
