Great location. Spacious and clean. Very nice appliances. Hob does not heat up unless pot is on it….ensures no electricity waste and no accidental burns. Washing machine can be tailored, not preset.., can do short wash and spin at 1400. Choice of lighting in the bathroom, standard lighting, warm lighting or disco lighting 🕺…. Light changes colours intermittently (red, green, blue, yellow, etc). Wall sockets have built-in usb ports. Good TV selection. Reverse cycle AC unit Loads of hooks on doors to hang clothing/coats. Full-sized table for two to eat or use as desk

Comfortable. Well equipped. Good location, 10 mins to West Croydon, buses to E&C, Lewisham, South Croydon, Crystal Palace. Quiet area and LIDL less than 5 mins away. Full sized fridge freezer all mod cons and good TV selection. Good water pressure and hot water
