The experience, location, BBQ, wildlife, activities, playing equipment, kitchen.
The WC, and the shower isn’t that private and if you’re having a conversation, people nearby can also hear. It is also very hot in the showers and WC.

Great location, peaceful and having the fire pit was amazing lovely touch, so nice to sit outside in the evenings.
It smelled a bit damp and musty and there were cobwebs on the back window and bits of debris on the bed. I don’t like to complain but it didn’t seem like fresh bedding.

Egress and access is difficult and if you have the wildest of mobility issues this may be to hard
