The apartment is well located and offers a possibility to enter a private terrace on the rooftop with an excellent view. The host Lorenzo is super welcoming, highly recommend!

This is a great property, with plenty of space and facilities. Lorenzo was a great host, and a good communicator. He provided a thorough walk through of the apartment and facilities, and also sent recommendations for restaurants and local places, which was great.
The location was high up, over looking Genoa. The property was modern and clean, no air conditioning, but plenty of fans.
There is a washing machine, and when we were unable to find detergent, Lorenzo came back with a bottle.
The location was good for what we needed, and short walk to the historical centre ( down hill there, but very steep up hill back)
The rooftop terrace is beautiful, but not attached to the apartment.
The location was slightly different to what I was expecting, very steep hills, which some people could find difficult. So something to be aware of. There are elevators for the town to get up the top of the steep hills, but these are not open all hours.

We had a great stay in this apartment in Genoa! The place was beautiful, very comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed — from kitchen utensils and cleaning supplies to towels and even a washing machine with detergent. The host was super friendly and helpful, explained everything clearly, and made himself available in case we needed anything during our stay.
The terrace is definitely a highlight — the view is absolutely amazing and the area feels quiet and safe, especially compared to the city center.
The parking in the area can be expensive and hard to find, and there are quite a few stairs to climb when coming back from the city center — we often got home a completely sweaty! Still, the peaceful atmosphere and great view made it totally worth it, and we’d definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for a quiet and well-kept spot in Genoa.
