Sehr nette Ferienwohnung und ebenso Gastgeber!
Es ist Platz fuer 4 Personen und dann wird das Preis/Leistung/Verhaeltnis gerechtfertigt sein. Ein grosses Plus fuer Familien ist die Ausstattung der Kueche, es fehlt an nichts! Die Wohnung liegt in einer Wohnhausanlage und man sieht auf einem Sportplatz, der von ca. 15.00 bis 19.00 von Kindern oder Sportlern benuetzt wird. In der Nacht ist es sehr ruhig.
Leider hat der Nachbar unter der Wohnung ab Nachmittag fast immer im Garten geraucht und wenn man den Rauch nicht in der Wohnung haben moechte, sollte man die Fenster schlieszen.

Appartamento luminoso e spazioso con terrazzo e molte zone di verde, dotato di tutti gli accessori (lavastoviglie, lavatrice, frigorifero, congelatore, forno microonde). Cucina attrezzatissima, con tutte le posate e le stoviglie che servono, pentole e padelle in quantità. Presente anche una macchinetta per espresso. Ampio salotto con tavolo e divano, tv, aria condizionata in un contesto molto silenzioso. Non abbiamo usufruito della piscina perché ancora chiusa (viene aperta a giugno). Posto auto riservato sotto l'appartamento. Il parcheggio è in un'area chiusa con cancelli e di massima sicurezza. Bagno attrezzato con doccia ampio e suddiviso tra zona doccia/lavabo e WC. Supermercato e panetteria vicinissimi molto comodi. Anche MC Donald. Zona molto vicina a centri commerciali e a accessi ad autostrade. Mezzi pubblici vicinissimi all'appartamento per raggiungere velocemente (10 minuti) il centro di Avignone.
Letto matrimoniale di una camera un po stretto. Assenza di ascensore anche se l'appartamento è al primo piano e il proprietario di casa ci ha aiutati con i bagagli.

The apartment is located in a great location. It is quite close to the Avignon center, and at the same time, it is easy to drive out of the city.
There is parking in front of the house. The house is in a secure area behind a fence - you do not have to worry about the car's safety.
Overall, the area is very nice. There are restaurants and a really good bakery. On some days, you'll find a local market nearby.
The apartment itself is very spacious and modern. It has all the appliances you will need. Owners left spices, salt, coffee, tea, and more, so you do not have to buy all the small stuff on your first day of stay.
We really enjoyed our stay here!
Some might find the car park too narrow for bigger cars.

We met the owner in front of the building, he showed us our parking spot and gave us some great ideas on where to go and what to see in the area. We visited everything he suggested and were very satisfied. The apartment is beautiful, with a spacious balcony, a fully equipped kitchen, two lovely rooms with fans, and a large modern bathroom. Having our own parking was a big plus, and the kitchen bar with a small radio playing music made the atmosphere very cheerful. The owner even left us a big umbrella since it rained on the first day, which was very thoughtful. We didn’t use the pool, but the neighborhood is great, and the building and parking area are secured with a remote-controlled gate. The owner was always available by phone, which made our stay even more comfortable.
