La propreté et le confort du chalet
Il n’y avait pas de papier toilette et il n’est pas stipulé qu’il faut prendre ses draps et taies d’oreiller

Ein sehr schön und auch praktisch eingerichtetes Chalet mit vielen Extras. Es gibt auf dem Campingplatz hauptsächlich ähnliche Chalets. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr schön begrünt, es gibt viele Vögel und Hecken. Alles ist sehr angenehm ruhig gewesen. Die Gegend um Ambleteuse gefällt uns landschaftlich sehr gut, zum Wandern würden wir gerne nochmal wiederkommen.
Aufgrund des kalten Wetters Ende Januar war es anfangs sehr kalt im Chalet, obwohl es zwei eingebaute Heizungen gibt. Es hat länger gedauert, bis das Häuschen aufgewärmt war- kein Problem, man kann sich gut darauf einstellen.

The location is ideal for staying near ferry and the tunnel. The lodge we were allocated was new, clean and we would stay again but the basics were missing towels and bedding which are stated in description as being provided.
Camp site staff are super helpful and friendly.
We loved Ambleteuse and had a lovely walk and drink by the sea.
We would definitely stay again.
I now see a lot of guests have commented on this after reading the reviews further. Please make your listing clear for guests so we know what we are getting.
I really don’t like giving negative feedback but after reading into the reviews see that the lack of clear information is a recurring problem.
Unfortunately we not given the accomodation we booked for. It was very good inside but lacking the garden area.
There was a problem and we waited a while so they could find us accommodation.
The camp site were very friendly and helpful and offered us drinks while we waited for them to find a solution.
We were given alternative accommodation which had no toilet paper, towels or bedding. The bed, pillows, duvet had a paper liner on not proper bedding and not comfortable to sleep in.
We were not sure if that was the cover so we slept in our clothes

This is not clear in the description it states, towels and toilet paper provided and the photo shows a white duvet.
I have posted this so it’s clear for others. Owner please update your listing if you are not providing the basics.
Shame as camp site, staff, location and inside the accommodation was great. But the basics need to be right.
