Panorama davvero fantastico. Zona isolata. Il capoluogo Pigadia dista circa 30 minuti in automobile. Spiagge più vicine: 1) kyra panagia a 5 minuti di automobile (spiaggia servita da ombrelloni e taverne con piccola parte di spiaggia libera. In questa spiaggia è possibile fare una bella escursione in barca con odyssey cruise boat) e 2) kato lakko raggiungibile solo a piedi con 45 min di trekking abbastanza semplice. La casa ha due terrazze, tutti gli elettrodomestici e gli accessori nuovi (aria condizionata, ventilatore a soffitto, piano cottura, lavatrice, frigorifero grande, forno a microonde, caffetteria, tostiera, stendibiancheria, zanzariere) e un bagno con una grande doccia. Sono presenti anche due grandi divani. Il proprietario ci ha informati che l'arredamento del soppalco è in rifacimento.

La zona del sottoscala con la lavatrice e il relativo impianto vanno sistemati. Il proprietario ha detto che lo fa a breve.
