The initial wow factor was 10/10. The setting was good, but although it was set in 22 acres, you had no access to it. Everywhere was fenced off and private, you couldn't even walk on the grass!! Your only access was to your room in the house. There was no walks you could go on and had to take your car to find a walk, which was disappointing.
Being woken up each morning at 4am by the cockerel!!
The house had a cockerel and chickens that they obviously left out overnight, and therefore it was crowing every single morning at 4am, and because the windows were badly fitting and didn't close properly, it inverably woke us up every morning!! We ended up coming home more tired than when we arrived.
