The host responded to questions very fast. I do like well lit rooms and in this category the apt is outstanding. One side (the longer one) of the main room is actually a continuous flight of windows. Furthermore there is a table where you can do real work if you feel like that. The apt is easily accessible - no stairs. There is a "main" road in front of the apt but during the nights there was close to zero traffic and therefore all was quiet. Artificial lighting is also very satisfying when needed.

The extremely long window front has neither curtains nor other means of shading. This may be a problem in the afternoon when the sun shines directly into the room and consequently also on the table. It is very difficult to do any work on a notebook then. The bedroom with the same type of windows does have curtains. Kitchen equipment was at the time of my visit a bit sparse. Saucers would be nice, for example.

All was good, The apartment is qutie new. All the necessary amenities were available: a washing machine, a dryer, a dishwasher, and what's more, there were dishwasher tablets, washing powder, dishwashing liquid and sponges, as well as basic food products, tea, oil, sugar, and coffee. A big plus was the free parking space next to the apartment, so we didn't have to look for an available spot on the street. The apartment is located close to Santa Chiara Hospital, which was within easy walking distance. The owner was responsive and flexible. We extended our stay several times at the last minute, and on the last day we were able to check out in the afternoon instead of the morning, which greatly simplified our logistics related to discharge from the hospital.

Appartamento di nuova ristrutturazione, a 15/20 min a piedi dal centro ed a pica distanza dalla strada statale. Ha un posto auto riservato ed abbastanza spazioso. L’ambiente è sufficientemente caldo grazie al riscaldamento a pavimento. Presente cucina completa di elettrodomestici, aspirapolvere, tv (ma manca nella camera da letto) lavasciuga, condizionatore e connessione internet.

Il soggiorno/cucina openspace pecca di privacy a causa della mancanza di un qualsivoglia tipo di tendaggio.
